With over 21 years of experience, as well as our many qualifications and certifications, the staff at Southern Indiana Home Inspections will provide the expertise that you need and the excellent customer service that you expect.
Owner and Chief Inspector Faron Lake has knowledge and experience consisting of building, repair, and various remodeling aspects of construction. In 1993, he began remodeling garages, additions, roofing, concrete work and deck building. During the late 1990’s he supervised the building of homes from site preparation to completion.
Business partner, Scott Myers, is a past real estate agent familiar with all aspects of home buying. He has a vast business knowledge ranging from quality assurance control, asphalt repair and installation, to real estate and construction management.
