Scott and Faron came out to inspected a home that put in an offer for. They were both very professional and detailed in their reports. I would highly recommend Southern Indiana Home inspections, as their price is comparable and they were able to get out quickly to do the inspection.

If it wasn't for our inspections we would have purchased 2 money pits and are forever grateful for their expertise and willingness to go above what is expected. They have all the newest tools and knowledge to make sure you have the answers you need before making such a huge decision. I've used many other inspectors in the past and now would not consider anyone other than Southern Indiana Home Inspectors. Thank you both for everything!
My wife and I hired Southern Indiana Home Inspections to perform an inspection for a home we were buying. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and above all, thorough. They came up with a HUGE list of issues that I would never have noticed on my own. I am a first-time buyer, so this process was very intimidating to me. The inspector walked me through all of the photos he took and answered all of my questions on the day of the inspection, offering his opinion about the correct fix, and I received the 80-page report the very next day. All issues were coded by whether they needed immediate correction or were issues to keep an eye on in the future. I will refer back to this report while conducting home maintenance to be sure I am staying on top of the issues they noticed.
I will hire Southern Indiana Home Inspections for my next home purchase, and I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

Southern Indiana Home Inspections is the best in the business. They are so detailed and send the costumer a detailed report as well. Faron Lake & Scott Myers we incredible to work with. We plan on using them again in the future. If you're looking for an honest reliable business, go with Southern Indiana Home Inspections!

Everyone knows how difficult it can be to purchase a home. However, Southern Indiana Home Inspectors made the experience that much easier. We contacted Southern Indiana Home Inspection when we needed a home inspection for pre-purchasing our first home, and I am so happy I did. Faron and Scott arrived at the house promptly for our inspection. They were extremely nice and professional. They graciously allowed us to walk around with them and ask questions about the house throughout the process Both Faron and Scott l pointed out things during the inspection and stated that they would also cover the information at the end. After the inspection, Faron met with us and explained everything that he noticed. The presentation he provided and the photos were very helpful. Following the inspection, we waited a short amount of time and received a written copy of the inspection. The web portal was also helpful and allowed us to conveniently save a copy of the inspection report or send to our realtor. It made the inspection process easier on the relator as well. Everything we requested to be fixed was done and I think that is partly due to the thorough inspection report. I would highly recommend them for your home inspection needs. Southern Indiana Home Inspection is worth every penny!
